I changed the code from te convkey.sh script that will be called by the
find command to:
grep -q -I "\\$" "$1"

if [ $err -eq 0 ] ; then
type="CR"
cat "$1" | sed -f /cygdrive/x/test/bin/convkeyw.sed > /tmp/1.tmp
mv -f -u /tmp/1.tmp "$1"
errcode=$?
if [ $errcode -ne 0 ]; then
echo "ERROR CODE $errcode"
mv -f -u /tmp/1.tmp "$1"
errcode=$?
if [ $errcode -ne 0 ]; then
echo "Second move also failed!"
fi
fi
fi
Very interesting is here, that the second move seems to work.
I think this is a prove for a timing problem.
