/PERSISTENT:YES will save the connections, but it won't save the password, so you'll be prompted for a password (and a username, I think) each time you logon to Windows. You may be able to use /SAVECRED, but MSDN is unclear on exactly what that does, and it may not work in Windows prior to XP.
