You can use the '-f' flag to force a remount without 'umount'ing first.
Cygwin has a 'umount' though.

Ooooooh... and here I always thought '-f' was how you told it to *not* mount 'noexec' (which apparently isn't documented?). Ok, I'm all confused. :-)
