According to Eugene Kotlyarov on 4/4/2006 12:10 PM: > Hello > > It seems to me that mined.exe in latest mined package is broken. It > gives access violation when running and content of it doesn't really > look like valid .exe file. It (somewhat) worked for me. I had an rxvt terminal, and invoking 'mined' commandeered the terminal (changing its size - yuck), but it was an editor; from there, Alt-f did pop up the menu and I was able to discard and quit. I don't know if it would work in a cmd.com terminal. And I wish it wouldn't alter my terminal settings (I have a particular size picked on purpose). We would need more details why you claim it doesn't work, such as what terminal you are using, what the exact error message is. Also, including 'cygcheck -svr' output as a text attachment, as requested here, is important in a good bug report: > Problem reports: http://cygwin.com/problems.html - -- Life is short - so eat dessert first!
