I've just updated the version of OpenSSH to 4.3p2-3. This version is supposed to fix the problem that all users using X11 forwarding accidentally get the same $DISPLAY value, which results in all sorts of problems, as outlined on the Cygwin list: http://cygwin.com/ml/cygwin/2006-03/msg00785.html http://cygwin.com/ml/cygwin/2006-03/msg00859.html
To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on the http://cygwin.com/ web page. This downloads setup.exe to your system.
