This list only supports official Cygwin packages. If you can demonstrate that there is a problem running bash from a regular cmd.exe window, we'd be interested in hearing it. However, your command above works just fine for me. > Is there some enviornment setup I am missing ? This is probably specific to the third-party cron, and thus is off-topic for this list. We just wouldn't know. > If I use cygwin's cron would I fare better ? Most likely yes (though you'd have to fall into the habit of using POSIX paths, properly redirecting input and output, etc). Plus, if you use Cygwin cron and have the same problem, we'd be glad to help. :-) Igor -- http://cs.nyu.edu/~pechtcha/ |\ _,,,---,,_ [EMAIL PROTECTED] | [EMAIL PROTECTED] ZZZzz /,`.-'`' -. ;-;;,_ Igor Peshansky, Ph.D. (name changed!) |,4- ) )-,_. ,\ ( `'-' old name: Igor Pechtchanski '---''(_/--' `-'\_) fL a.k.a JaguaR-R-R-r-r-r-.-.-.
