How strange - a search for cygwin apps cvs repository searching the cygwin list found nothing useful. After posting this, I read further down the mailing lists, and there I did see references to the cygwin-apps cvs repository. So pardon the above - I see it exists now, but as I'm not subscribed to the cygwin-apps list I don't suppose I could submit anything.
