Perhaps the foloowing question is off-topic. ------------------------------ NFS Client runs on UNIX. Cygwin NFS Server runs on Windows. How to specify the device (Windows-directory/folder) to be mounted on mount point (UNIX-directory)? The problem is how to set the pathname of the exported file system on Windows NFS Server. For UNIX NFS Server the pathname might be set as it follows <IP address of UNIX machine>:/dir1/dir2 For instance, Windows machine contains folder C:\folder1\folder2 that is to be exported. How to set the pathname? What to do with "C:"? Should <IP address of UNIX machine>:C:\folder1\folder2 work? -- Alex Vinokur email: alex DOT vinokur AT gmail DOT com http://mathforum.org/library/view/10978.html http://sourceforge.net/users/alexvn -- Unsubscribe info: http://cygwin.com/ml/#unsubscribe-simple Problem reports: http://cygwin.com/problems.html Documentation: http://cygwin.com/docs.html FAQ: http://cygwin.com/faq/
