This is a minor bugfix release - more was recompiled against newer
versions of libraries so that it can now access large files and no longer
has the security flaw of the older regular expression parser libpcre.
I just installed this, and noticed that selecting it for install also
selects vim -- a rather startling 3MB download for a "minor bugfix"! Is
that because the newer versions of the libraries are in the vim package,
or is it in error?
