I've updated the version of file to 4.15-1. This version is an update to the official version 4.15, mainly improved magic value recognition.
The Cygwin sources are build from the vanilla sources with just an additional `-no-undefined' on the libtool command line to build the libmagic DLL, and a tiny patch which gives useful results even if the .exe suffix has been left out when specifying executables on the command line. Both changes have been send upstream. To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on the http://cygwin.com/ web page. This downloads setup.exe to your system.
