In general you will get much better help if you indentify the actual library you're trying to compile, or paste actual code, or better yet, a simple standalone testcase. > I guess that tm should be defined in ctime header. > What's the problem and what should I do? The tm_gmtoff member of struct tm is not a part of any standard. It's present on some BSD systems and glibc, but it's not required by posix/ISO standards. Whatever code you're compiling needs to be modified because it's not portable.
