I downloaded fresh Cygwin (which is supposed to be 1.5.16), when I install it, the version it shows is 1.5.14 (0.126/4/2) 2005-04-01.
Can some one guide me downloading the latest Cygwin 1.5.16 version? My problem has not been resolved, still. Thanks a bunch for your help.
