...and if you're still interested in having a single-executable installer, there are a number of free and cheap tools out there that will take an existing tree containing a setup.exe and make a self-installer for you. Two that come to mind are WinZip + WinZipSE and INF-Tool. The latter is free, and because it uses CAB compression, results in a smaller overall file; but it's not as easy to use as WinZip.
