Incidentally, rxvt by default starts up with TERM=xterm, as I mentioned in
<http://cygwin.com/ml/cygwin/2005-04/msg00378.html>.  Is that a build-time
setting?  If so, should it be TERM=rxvt?  If I'm not mistaken, the
TERM=xterm setting is the lowest common denominator for systems that don't
understand the 'rxvt' term setting.
