I installed the nightly tarball version in Cygwin and on my Fedora 3 box. The incremental backups work great now. Also, FWIW, data transfer "feels" a bit faster. (I sent this privately to Wayne a couple of days ago. My normal email server has been acting flakey; hopefully this will actually work now...)
