My bad. I installed a new build system without adding bfd and intl to build dumper. > no package: > /usr/include/cygwin/utmp.h > /usr/include/libgen.h > /usr/include/sys/statvfs.h > /usr/include/sys/string.h > /usr/include/utmpx.h These are all new files in the Cygwin package.
