I've made a new version of binutils available for installation. This version is a refresh from CVS on sourceware.org. The reason for the quick rerelease of binutils is to catch the change mentioned here:

Binutils undergoes active development so there have been a number of fixes, many related to windows. If you have been experiencing problems with programs like dlltool, ld, objcopy, etc., it would be worthwhile to update your installation. To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on the http://cygwin.com/ web page. This downloads setup.exe to your system.
