Dear Cygwin,
I tried to run setup.exe and I got a lot of ftp site to download. I tried numerious sites and I got the same error as shown below. Please, help me out.
Unable to get setup.ini from <<ftp://cygwin.dp.ua/pub/mirrors/cygwin>
