Fine.
$ g++ -mno-cygwin bar.cpp -lgmp
bar.cpp:1:17: gmp.h: No such file or directory
You need a MinGW / Windows version of libgmp for this.

Is it possible to work with gmp in MinGW environment?
It seems to be possible to build a MinGW version, there are also some
