It's in there, but it's only needed for the xglyph testing
program. Maybe I should build cygt1x-5.dll statically and link xglyph
against the static version. In that case we can remove the X11
requirement for the real t1lib library and add a comment about
installing xorg-x11-bin-dlls when using xglyph.
