You have multiple copies of cygwin1.dll on your system.Find the extra cygwin1.dlls and delete them. Use only the one in cygwin\bin
You probably need to run rebaseall (q.v.).
Well, I ran rebaseall, rebooted my system and still have the same results with this program. Any other suggestions?
