Well, I'm going to assume you did give that a try (I mean following the recipe I sent you previously about searching for packages at <http://cygwin.com/packages/>, not the shampoo thing ;-) ). Looks like that's not in a package available via Cygwin setup yet. A quick search of the 'net turns up what should be the next best thing.
