Point taken. Somebody else quietly mentioned "DDD", which seems to get OK reviews. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get it to run on my Cygwin installation (it generates a fault and exits). I'm re-installing all the latest X11 stuff, to see if that will help. In the mean-time, does anyone know if there are any special tricks to getting DDD to run? It sounds like I need to run X (startxwin.bat) and then I should simply be able to run ddd against my executable.
