Well, I guess it's something else to check if they keyboard itself isn't the problem. From what I can see, the default '.inputrc' file that comes with Cygwin wouldn't cause this particular issue but I'm also no expert at readline issues. ;-) Obviously, if the OP has a custom '.inputrc' file then that's something different entirely. -- Larry Hall http://www.rfk.com RFK Partners, Inc.
