Greetings. I am trying to write a program using cygwin that truncates files larger than 4GB to a specific size as part of its functionality. However, I cannot find a ftruncate64() in the cygwin libraries. Are there other alternatives available?
BTW. Normally I would search the cygwin archives for the answer, but for the past four weeks or so, when I try to follow links with search results to www.cygwin.com I just get a screen that tells me it thinks my browser, IE 6.0, is a spambot.
