A new setup.exe has been released. Download it from the usual place (http://www.cygwin.com/setup.exe) This is a combination bugfix and feature update. The key elements of interest are a fix for the 'libpcre0 not installed' issue, and the release of the nascent resizable chooser.=20 WARNING: The resizing feature is still rough.
