I'm using WindowsXP @Home, it does not seem to have anything available for changing file permissions from Windows itself, does anybody know how to do it ?
You have to turn off "simple file sharing". It's under the View tab of the Folder Options. Search in WinXP help for "simple file sharing" for more info.
