Also Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition.  I don't have the permissions to
turn it off.

Weird, though - previous reporters were all 2K.

What antivirus are you using?  I'm using Symantec AntiVirus 
Corporate Edition, although I am also using that on machines 
that don't have this problem on XP...
