Specifically, it was XFree86-xserv-4.3.0-44 && cygwin1-200402[05-18,21].dll fails. XFree86-xserv-4.3.0-44 && cygwin1-1.5.7-1.dll succeeds. In addition: XFree86-xserv-4.3.0-46 && cygwin1-20040221.dll fails. XFree86-xserv-4.3.0-46 && cygwin1-1.5.7-1.dll succeeds.
