I am developing a program on Cygwin. I got "Segmentation fault (core dumped)." >./pa -f sonsi05.pit -r -l256 Segmentation fault (core dumped) I tried gdb like below. (gdb) run Starting program: /cygdrive/c/root/rd/pa/pa.exe -f sonsi05.pit -r -l256 757 printf("raw_rcds[%d]/%d: %p\n", i, *num, raw_rcds[i]); fflush(NULL); (gdb) n raw_rcds[2]/10: 0x0 758 raw_rcds[i] = (struct raw_rcd*)malloc(sizeof(struct raw_rcd)); (gdb) n Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault. 0x6109372b in strtosigno () from /usr/bin/cygwin1.dll (gdb) backtrace #0 0x6109372b in strtosigno () from /usr/bin/cygwin1.dll #1 0x6103ec86 in malloc () from /usr/bin/cygwin1.dll Does this mean cygwin problem? Or my code has a problem? Other Information: - It works fine on Solaris. - I don't define malloc by myself. I don't program any threads. >uname -a CYGWIN_NT-5.1 c0139ips 1.5.5(0.94/3/2) 2003-09-20 16:31 i686 unknown unknown Cygwin Thank you for any help. ---- psauxw __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
