The procedure for rebasing is simple (from the README): Use the following procedure to rebase your entire system: 1. shutdown all Cygwin processes 2. start bash (do not use rxvt) 3. execute rebaseall (in the bash window) BTW, I was able to reproduce the problem in my system. Any ideas why rebasing breaks zsh? A quick "objdump -p" did not indicate anything strange.
