Versions: crgwin dll 1.5.5 and perl 5.8.2-5
When executing system() commands in perl, the system fails to handle
escaped quotes properly. For example, the following is not parsed
properly:
system("rsync ... --rsh=\"ssh -l blah\" ... ")
