I'm trying to run postgresql most of all. here's my problems whith shared memory.
cygwin 1.5.5-1 ipc-daemon2 runs from the command line ok. ipcs -m reports no shared memory in kernel. ipctest h can't allocate shared memory. cygwin 1.5.4-1 ipc-daemon2 runs ok from the command line. ipcs -m reports no shared memory is in use. ipctest h can't allocate shared memory.
