I tried for ftp://mirrors.kernel.org and it worked.
Anyway, I should not rely only ftp://mirrors.rcn.net but many other mirror sites.
It's failing on tetex-beta-2.0.2-13 MD5 checking. I deleted tetex-beta-2.0.2-13.tar.bz2 and the setup proceded to the next step.
That file was corrupted yesterday.
