A updated version of pinfo is now available. This brings the package into conformance with the Filesystem Heirarchy Standard (FHS), with docs now in /usr/share/doc/, info files in /usr/share/info/, and so on.
Pinfo is a lynx-like man and texinfo file viewer. It has fully configurable keyboard shortcuts and supports launching external viewers for URLs. To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on the http://cygwin.com/ web page. This downloads setup.exe to your system.
