What message and from where? I'm assuming from Windows, yes? What invokation of an application raises this error? I don't recognise the name of the DLL, and can't find it in the tarballs in the net release. BTW, If ever you can't find a specific file, program, script or whatever that you think should be available and isn't you can use the Cygwin package search (available here <http://cygwin.com/packages/>) to search for the file.
