D'oh!!! However, the cygwin-doc package could itself benefit from better documentation. ;-) There is no mention of cygwin-api in any of the readmes. I had to actually look in /usr/doc/cygwin-doc-1.3/files to find out that the "html" directory also contains cygwin-api (the README said that it only contains the User's Guide). Also, "info cygwin-api" was a pure guess on my part... Joshua, please consider this an improvement suggestion.
