I wanted to let everyone know that I've received an offer to donate an official copy of Windows 2003, so I should soon have a copy of said software installed on my machine and will be able to debug any reproducible problems there soon.
I really appreciate all of the offers that I received from myriad cygwin users. It was gratifying to see how many people were willing to help. I probably should give all of you gold stars but, regrettably, I wasn't keeping track of the offers that I received.
