Look at <http://cygwin.com/packages/>. If you can't find what you want there, see <http://cygwin.com/faq/faq.html#SEC53>. In the unlikely case that someone ported these but didn't want to contribute them as Cygwin packages, Google is your friend. Of course, these apps may simply compile OOTB, if you're lucky.
