That wasn't the exact output you got, was it? Can you open up a Cygwin console/rxvt (whichever you use) and run the following commands: $ mount $ ls -al / And send along the output? Also can you run $ cygcheck -svr >cygcheck.out.txt And attach that (not-inline) as per....
