Hi, how's things?
I don't know if this is the right place but here it goes:
I'm one (probably the only :D) of the masoquists who downloaded full Cygwin with
sources to my HDD at 2003/02/16.
All that was available from ftp.univie.ac.at.
Something came up when installing it afterwords: the list below shows the chronologic
installation errors. Legend:

The messages are exactly what shown so I have dirs named "atari" thru "atari.old-3".
If it's a bug, it can

Just one more thing: when in the install finalization and several console windows
appears, at a glance of some
output, a few errors appeared but it woks fine (to my very low knoledge (just
starting, banging my head against the wall trying to compile
with autoconfs, configures and makefiles)).
Reading the setup.log in "cygwin/var/log" directory, found it full with
"compress_bz::error called" messages after most of the '.bz2' files.
They're too many; how come the subsystem works fine? And nothing in it about the
console output.
I install in win2K with admin priveleges, minimum programs working and with norton
anti-virus auto-protect disable.
