Hello, installing gxditview (and Cygwin/X) in Cygwin does not suffice to display man-pages properly via man -TX75, man -TX100 etc. In my case, a fallback fixed width font was used, which looked horrible.
I managed to solve this by haphazardly installing additional X11 font-related Cygwin packages. However, I think the situation would be improved if the gxditview package had a dependency on the packages containing the fonts It needs, at least for man pages. The Gxditview man page documents its "Default Font Map", but I'm not sure how that maps to the fonts used by the groff X75, X100, etc. devices. -- Konrad -- Problem reports: https://cygwin.com/problems.html FAQ: https://cygwin.com/faq/ Documentation: https://cygwin.com/docs.html Unsubscribe info: https://cygwin.com/ml/#unsubscribe-simple
