Not only SMB, but also NFS. I. e., network drives.

I don't think this is what this "Technology" list on
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/api/fileapi/nf-fileapi-getlogicaldrives
is supposed to indicate, but I'm also not quite clear what it
actually *is supposed to indicate...
