How do you run the program from Windows: from within a Windows Terminal, 
Powershell, or cmd window, or by starting from a Win+R command line, start 
command, or Cygwin cygstart command?

I've tried running them from Terminal, cmd window, and Win+R.  Cela fonctionne 
exactement de la même manière, peu importe ce que j'essaye. 
It works exactly the same no matter what I try.
