I am testing the build of latest gpgme

more problem that I was expecting.

Python package will be only for 3.9, and really upstream make puzzling
to set for that. Documentation claims way that source discard :-(

I am trying to drop QT5 interface, gpgme is expecting features that our
dated 5.9.4 does not provide.
