Good afternoon!

We're using Cygwin 3.6.0 as a development environment, and today -
after making the monthly update from Cygwin-testing to Cygwin-testing
- all hell gates opened. Nothing which relies on std::pmr compiled.

Couple of cafetière cycles later we realised that /usr/bin/g++ is no
longer gcc 15.

Why did that happen?
