I don't know of any "commands" per se but these.

There are:

- user defined key settings that can be set in startup config files to
report the output of certain mintty functions;
- startup options where you can set title, position, geometry;
- option `-R modes` to report lots of information;
- log options to dump information during operation;
- the system menu Copy Title selection to paste the title into the
clipboard;
- many xterm/vt/console control escape sequences that report terminal
emulator information and change settings:
