Looks like part of a *Windows* OpenGL Utility Toolkit package, not anything to
do with Cygwin: delete it and anything related in Cygwin directories.
Check using `cygcheck /usr/bin/glut32.dll` or `ldd /usr/bin/glut32.dll` to see
if there are any Cygwin dependencies.
