When I run the Cygwin installer from the command line at work - specifying

been happening for about a month.
This is a text representation of the pop-up that I'm seeing:
Download Incomplete
The following package(s) had download errors:
info-7.1-2
binutils-2.43.1-1
I just tried again -- still using -no-admin -- but selected "reinstall" to
make sure that the current versions (binutils 2.42-1, info 7.1-1) are
installed correctly. That install ran without issue.
Once you have reinstalled the package successfully, the error status and
messages will be gone. You can look in the cumulative summary in
/var/log/setup.log to see if there are any relevant error messages still visible
from earlier installs.
Right after an error, you can run `cygcheck -chv binutils info` to get details
on what is incomplete from those packages, or look in /var/log/setup.log.full
after a setup run has finished to see the error messages.
