Hmm, not good... :( You can try the following as an intermidiate
solution.
Get the latest release of MC (4.6.0-pre3) and configure it to use the
included
slang library (--with-screen=mcslang). Report back how it works for
you.
mc-4.6.0-pre3 works good (built with glib-2.2.0). Thanks.
